The Austinburg Township Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) of Ashtabula County, Ohio gives notice that a public meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 6:30 pm at the Austinburg Town Hall (located at 2794 State Route 307, Austinburg, OH) to hear an appeal from the decision of the Zoning Inspector.

Appeal Application 26-001: GH Drive Hotels LLC of 2900 GH Drive, Austinburg, OH requests a variance for Parcel ID: 07-003-10-003-00 from the required frontage of 100 ft per “Austinburg Township Zoning Resolution; A08-2_District-Regulations-Tables; Official Schedule Of Permitted Uses And Dimensional Requirements Zoning District: AC – Accommodation Commercial District”. A proposed split of parcel 07-003- 10-003-00 (2883 G H Dr, Austinburg, OH 44010) will create a flag lot with reduced frontage. This will permit access to the created parcel thus allowing for appropriate usage of the land.

A copy of the appeal is on file with the Zoning Office and available for inspection and copying upon request to the Secretary at 440-275-1378. All persons have the right to appear in person or by representation to question the owner or give testimony.
