LEGAL NOTICE
The Zoning Commission of Austinburg Township, Ashtabula County, Ohio, gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held on April 23rd, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the Township Building located at 2794 State Route 307, Austinburg, OH, to consider a proposed amendment regarding solar panels/systems for residential areas to the Township Zoning Regulations.
A copy of the proposed amendment for the Zoning Change is on file with the Zoning Commission and is available for inspection at the Zoning Administrator’s Office (440-275-1378).
All persons have a right to appear in person or by representation to question or give testimony for or against the proposed amendment. If you wish to comment on these requests and cannot attend the hearing on this date, please submit your comments in writing to the Austinburg Township Zoning Commission at P. O. Box 134, Austinburg, OH 44010 or leave comments with the Zoning Office (austinburgza@outlook.com).
At the conclusion of the hearing the matter will be submitted to the Board of Township Trustees for its action.
